An new mix of code, and optimizations.
I have taken Kirsten Lee's code and compiled for Linux, her viewer have many changed mainly targeted at making a viewer for OpenSIM. She added many interesting optimizations and cleared out some time consuming code. My current build ready for download from my acc page. I have just while prefomance testing sound of a step cmake-SL from henri used to do for me that I missed, make a release build. So the speed is not what could be expected.
